01Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and KARPILABS SOFTWARES LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at Block A 1701, House Of Hiranandani Queens Gate, Akshaya Vana, Akshayanagar, Bangalore – 560068, Karnataka, India ("KarpiGames", "we", "us", "our").

They govern your use of karpigames.com, every game served under it, the KarpiGames account, and any virtual items you obtain (together, the "Service"). By opening a game, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy/), Refund Policy (/refund-policy/), Cancellation Policy (/cancellation-policy/) and Shipping & Delivery Policy (/shipping-policy/). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a physical or digital signature.

02Who Can Use the Service

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service, including any purchases.

You must be capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to make purchases yourself.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law.

03What KarpiGames Is (and Is Not)

KarpiGames publishes casual games that you play in your web browser. Every game is free to play. Some games offer optional purchases of virtual items, and some show advertisements.

KarpiGames is not a real-money gaming service. There is no betting, wagering, staking or gambling on the Service, no entry fees for contests with prizes, and no game in which you can win money or anything of monetary value. No purchase increases any chance of winning money, because there is no money to win.

Scores, ranks, leaderboards and in-game rewards exist for fun only and carry no cash or prize value.

04Your Account

You can play as a guest without an account. Guest progress is linked to your browser and may be lost if you clear browser data, change device, or use private browsing.

A KarpiGames account uses your mobile phone number and a 4-digit PIN, and works across every KarpiGames game. You agree to:

• Provide a mobile number that belongs to you and that you are authorised to use
• Keep your PIN secret and not share your account with anyone
• Hold only one account per person, unless we allow otherwise
• Tell us promptly at support@karpilabs.com if you believe someone else has accessed your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may refuse registration, or suspend or close an account, as described in "Suspension and Termination" below.

05Virtual Items

Our games may let you earn or buy virtual items such as gems, coins, cosmetics, boosts and unlocks ("Virtual Items"). When you obtain a Virtual Item, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use it within the relevant KarpiGames game. You do not own Virtual Items.

Virtual Items:

• Have no monetary or cash value, and are not legal tender, currency, securities or property
• Cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, cashed out or exchanged for money, goods or anything of value outside the Service, by us or anyone else
• Cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, traded or moved between accounts, except where a game feature expressly allows it
• Are usable only in the game, or games, where they are offered

We may manage, regulate, change or remove Virtual Items (for example to rebalance a game), and their prices and availability may change. We will not remove a Virtual Item you paid for without a reason connected to the operation, fairness or security of the game, or as these Terms allow.

Any buying, selling or trading of Virtual Items or accounts outside the Service is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

06Purchases and Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner, using the methods it offers (such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). By paying you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

An order is complete when the payment is confirmed. Virtual Items are digital and are delivered to your game account instantly after confirmation; nothing is shipped physically. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy at /shipping-policy/.

Because Virtual Items are delivered and usable immediately, purchases are final once delivered, except as set out in our Refund Policy at /refund-policy/ and Cancellation Policy at /cancellation-policy/, which cover failed, duplicate, undelivered and unauthorised payments.

If we discover an obvious pricing or technical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve every purchase.

07Advertising and Rewarded Ads

Some games show advertisements served by Google and its partners. Ads help keep the games free.

Some games offer optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch an ad and receive an in-game reward when it finishes. Rewards are granted only for ads that complete, and an ad blocker or a network problem may prevent the reward. Rewards from ads are Virtual Items and the rules above apply to them.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products and websites they promote. How ads use cookies, and how to control personalisation, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

08Fair Play and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, or use bots, scripts, macros, modified clients or any automation to play or gain an advantage
• Exploit bugs or glitches; please report them to support@karpilabs.com instead
• Create multiple accounts to farm rewards, or manipulate leaderboards, rewards or ads
• Interfere with, overload, probe or attack the Service, its servers or other players
• Copy, reverse engineer, decompile or scrape the games or the Service, except as the law expressly permits
• Use the Service to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone
• Submit feedback, reports or screenshots that are unlawful, abusive, or contain another person's personal data without their permission

We may take action against breaches, including removing Virtual Items obtained by cheating, resetting progress, or suspending accounts.

09Feedback and Reports

When you send feedback, a bug report, a screenshot or a suggestion, you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have the right to share it. We are not obliged to act on any suggestion.

10Intellectual Property

The Service and everything in it (games, code, artwork, characters, music, text, the KarpiGames name and logo, and all Virtual Items) belong to KarpiGames or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

We give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to play the games in a supported browser under these Terms. You may share screenshots and short clips of your gameplay on social media, provided you do not suggest that we endorse you.

11Changes to the Games and the Service

Games are living products. We may update, rebalance, add or remove features, levels and items, and we may suspend or retire a game.

If we decide to permanently shut down a game that sells Virtual Items, we will stop selling them for that game and give at least 30 days' notice inside the game or on karpigames.com before it closes. Unused Virtual Items for a retired game are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and outages can happen.

12Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties such as Razorpay (payments), Google (advertising) and our hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, though we will help you resolve issues with payments made for our games.

13Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KarpiGames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or progress, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud.

15Indemnity

You agree to indemnify KarpiGames, its partners and personnel against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

16Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account by writing to support@karpilabs.com.

We may suspend or close your account, or remove Virtual Items, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other players or the Service. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

When an account is closed, your licence to its Virtual Items ends. Virtual Items lost because of a breach of these Terms are not refundable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Virtual Items, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity and Governing Law) will survive.

17Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@karpilabs.com; most issues are resolved quickly this way. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

18General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the business. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and tell you inside the Service before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
