Shipping & Delivery Policy

01Digital Goods Only

KARPILABS SOFTWARES LLP sells only digital virtual items for use in KarpiGames games, such as gems, coins, cosmetics, boosts and unlocks. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there is no shipping address, courier, or shipping charge.

02How Delivery Works

• After you complete a payment through Razorpay, our server receives the payment confirmation and immediately adds the item to the account or guest player that made the purchase
• Delivery is usually instant, within a few seconds of payment
• In rare cases, such as bank or UPI delays, confirmation can take up to 30 minutes
• You will see the item in the game, and the payment confirmation is shown on the checkout screen

03Where We Deliver

Items are delivered online to your KarpiGames account and can be used in any supported web browser wherever karpigames.com is available. If you buy while playing as a guest, the item belongs to that guest player on that browser; create an account (phone number and PIN) to keep it safe across devices.

04Delivery Charges

There are no delivery or shipping charges. The price shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, is the total you pay.

05If an Item Does Not Arrive

• Reload the game and check that you are signed in to the same account (or using the same browser, if you bought as a guest)
• If the item still has not appeared 30 minutes after a successful payment, email support@karpilabs.com with your registered mobile number, the item, the amount and the Razorpay payment ID or UPI reference
• We will either deliver the item or refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, as described in our Refund Policy at /refund-policy/
